We’ve added a new face to our homebuilder lineup with the addition of local Fort Worth builder, HGC. Recently recognized as the region’s “Best Builder” by Fort Worth, Texas magazine, HGC joins David Weekley Homes, Drees Homes, Highland Homes, Toll Brothers and Village Homes at Walsh. Our Village Market is coming along nicely. We expect to have opening festivities on Saturday, July 8, so mark your calendars for a day of fun including a surprise evening event! You can read more about the Village Market here.
Our onsite elementary school, the Mary D. and F. Howard Walsh Elementary, will open in August for the 2017-2018 school year! Zoned in the award-winning Aledo Independent School District, the school is surrounded by a green space of sports fields and playgrounds, with a neighborhood park just across the way. Inside, grades are divided into upper and lower levels for Kindergarten through Second Grade, and Third through Fifth Grade respectively, giving each stage of learning its own devoted space, a “campus within a campus” as it is being called. Come out and visit us any time! Our model homes are open 7 days a week. Or, if you’re in the downtown area, come by our Pop Up Storefront in Sundance Square Monday – Saturday! It’s only around for a little while longer…
