The property is over 7,200 acres total, and currently the first 1,700 acres are in development.
Walsh is located on I-30, twelve miles west of Fort Worth, Exit 1A to Walsh Ranch Parkway.
Walsh is in both Tarrant and Parker counties; but is within the city limits of Fort Worth and is serviced by its police and fire departments and utilities.

A PID, or Public Improvement District, is a defined geographical area created by City Council action to provide services and/or improvements by levying and collecting assessments on the property for public improvements and services.
Fort Worth Public Improvement District No. 16 was created on September 27, 2016 for the principal purpose of financing certain public improvements that specifically benefit the District property.
Annual assessments are to be billed and collected as a part of the property tax collection/assessment process and the initial assessment was due and payable beginning January 31, 2018.

HOA fees are based on the size of your home site and will range from $189-$231 per month. Limited Release homes will vary slightly based on additional added services. You can read more about HOA fees by clicking here.
As part of the HOA, residents will have access to all of the amenities of Walsh, including the gym and locker rooms, Makerspace, sport courts, pools and acres of parks and trails. In addition, each home will receive front lawn maintenance, white glove trash service (containers delivered back to your garage from the street) and 2GB internet connectivity.
At build out, Walsh will be home to over 15,000 families and a population of nearly 50,000 residents.
The homes in Walsh start in the upper $200’s and go into the Millions.
They are very diverse, ranging from around 3,800 square feet up to nearly an acre in size.
