Our Back to School Bash was a great opportunity for Walsh Elementary parents and students in all grades to connect before school starts.
Parents and students in all grades were invited to Theater Park for this special meet and greet with neighbors entering the same grades in Aledo ISD schools. Students and parents enjoyed music, games, frozen treats and more as they got to know each other. One of our favorite moments was when the dads crashed the hula hoop contest!
We started the night with a kindergarten meet up so all the little ones could get to know each other. Fun fact – this incoming kindergarten class is part of Aledo ISD’s Class of 2032!
Walsh Elementary School Principal Holly Elgin and Assistant Principal Ashlee Hammond joined in the fun! Our kindergarten parents especially appreciated the opportunity to meet these two. All in all the Back to School Bash was a great way to say goodbye to summer and hello to this new school year!
