“At Sean Knight Custom Homes, we’re really good at attention to detail,” he explains. “Our standard features are what you want—you want tile throughout, that’s fine you want special finishes on the wall—we do it all. We get very specific, so we don’t have any hidden costs or surprises at the end.”
With an eye for cutting heating and cooling bills, Knight always uses full foam encapsulation and higher-end windows and doors. He also takes time to explore continued education, so that he’s up-to-date on the latest and greatest features to adopt.
