  • + What is the enrollment policy for Aledo ISD?

    The enrollment policy for Aledo ISD can be found on their website.

  • + How much will the HOA fees be?

    HOA fees are based n the size of your home site, and will range from $189 to $216 per month. Custom homes will vary slightly based on additional added services.

  • + What’s included in the HOA?

    As part of the HOA, residents will have access to all of the amenities of Walsh, including the gym and locker rooms,  Makerspace, sport courts, pools and acres of parks and trails. In addition, each home will receive front lawn maintenance, white glove trash service (containers delivered back to your garage form the street) and 2GB internet connectivity.

  • + How many homes will there be?

    At build out, Walsh will be home to over 15,000 families and a population of nearly 50,000 residents.

  • + How much do the homes in Walsh cost?

    The homes in Walsh will start in the upper $200’s and go into the Millions.

  • + How can we purchase homesites?

    Home sites are purchased from one of our builders. We will be announcing pre-sale information in the very near future.

  • + What size will the homesites be?

    They will be very diverse, ranging from around 3800 square feet up to nearly an acre in size.

  • + What builders will I be able to choose from in Walsh?

    The selected homebuilders for our neighborhood are Britton Homes, David Weekley, Drees, HGC, Highland, Toll Brothers and Village Homes. Additional builders for our initial phase, including high-end custom homebuilders, will be announced in future months.

  • + When are people moving in?

    We have homes ready to move in to this summer, and our first residents will begin moving in in July of 2017.

    Our first residents have already arrived. Other new residents will be arriving all summer.

  • + When will the commercial space start development?

    We are actively evaluating and planning the potential uses tenants for our commercial development areas

  • + How many move in ready homes will there be?

    Our builders are currently working on more than 15 homes to have ready to move into this summer.

  • + When will the custom homesites be available to purchase?

    Very soon. Please sign up on our interest list here for announcements about our custom homesites and builders.

  • + Who will your custom builders be?

    Our custom builders will be announced in the summer of 2017 and will consist of several of Fort Worth’s most reputable builders.

  • + Are there any active adult style neighborhoods at Walsh?

    Walsh is a neighborhood of Ft. Worth, and as such, builders try to have something for everyone. But if you are looking for a specific active adult style community, please put your name on our interest list here and we will let you know as we have more details. We have lots of land to work with so we are exploring all kinds of ideas.
