On Thursday, April 27th, the barricades on Walsh Ranch Parkway and I-30 will be lifted and Walsh will open for you to explore.
It will be nothing fancy as we are still finishing the first neighborhood, amenities and landscaping…but you can see every builder’s model in Founders Park and meet us. We hope you will use these “First Dibs” to your advantage and get in early.
Barricades will be lifted starting at 7:30 AM, and our model homes will be open from 10:00 AM – 6 :00 PM. Be sure to wear your boots! It’s a mess out here, but come out for a visit ahead of the big crowds. Stay tuned for more details on Saturday’s activities.
After all the waiting, we’re looking forward to meeting and getting to know you. Welcome to Walsh.
