No, Walsh is the next great neighborhood of Fort Worth, and as such will be serviced by its police and fire departments and utilities.

Walsh is located on I-30, twelve miles west of Fort Worth, exit 1A to Walsh Ranch Parkway.

Walsh is in both Tarrant and Parker counties, but will be within the city limits of Fort Worth.


How many homes will there be?

At build out, Walsh will be home to over 15,000 families and a population of nearly 50,000 residents.

How much do the homes in Walsh cost?

The homes in Walsh will start in the upper $200’s and go into the Millions.

How can we purchase home sites?

Home sites are purchased from one of our builders. We will be announcing pre-sale information in the very near future.

What size are the home sites there?

They will be very diverse, ranging from around 3800 square feet up to nearly an acre in size.

When should I mark my calendar to buy a new home in Walsh?

We are planning our first sales event in early Spring and Model Homes Opening in April 2017.

What builders will I be able to choose from in Walsh?

The selected homebuilders for our neighborhood are David Weekley, Drees, Highland, Toll Brothers and Village Homes. Additional builders for our initial phase, including high-end custom homebuilders, will be announced in future months.
